Ashtanga Remix with Heather

Students will be guided into an Ashtanga practice, focusing on the poses listed in it’s primary series. Emphasis on the postures will be reinforced with direct alignment cues, breath instruction, accompanied by assists & adjustments from the instructor. This class is traditionally conducted in a heated room to help promote detoxification, and lengthening of your muscles leaving you feeling relaxed, cleansed, and a focused mind.
